  I had an appointment at 4:30. I was a little late do to getting stuck behind a train. I call to let them know. Lady was so rude when I called to explain. She said THE WOULD TRY TO FIT ME IN. Even though I had an appointment. When I get there the internet is down apparently it just happened. I waited in their office for almost twenty minutes. They said that their technical support could not fix the issue. I honestly do not know how hard they tried since the moment I called explaining I was stuck by the train (that is literally right next to their office) they made it clear they did not want to see me. And they seemed to just want to go home. Not only that but the manager would not speak to me. Instead other people kept getting sent over to me. Did I also mention that I was on the road for an hour and a half just to get to this place? I normally go to the renton h&r block, but they are not opened this year. I already felt bad enough having to advance against my taxes (but its been a hard year and I need to be able to have a christmas for the little ones), but I was made to feel like crap just coming to this place. I was offered other days to come in, but after the way I was treated it did not make up for the gas I spent and time I had to take off work. Unfortunately because it is the only one close to me I have no choice..... in other words if you have a choice in where you do your taxes.... go else where.

  It's became the crappy American corporation money maker machine with no interest in working with people any more. Talk to the machine pay the machine and get out type. Bad, really bad.

  Their schedule is so complicated. Open one day, closed the next day different opening and closing each day times makes it hard to walk in to make a simple payment. I've tried to come twice and they have been closed:
